The Scaffold Script
scaffold_aios.py, a dependency-free Python script that creates the folders, a seeded CLAUDE.md carrying the rules, a .env.example per entity, and a .gitignore that keeps your secrets out of git. Standard library only. It refuses to overwrite, so it is safe to re-run.
