Legal
Affiliate Agreement
1. Enrollment & Approval
Affiliates must submit an application to join the Program. The Company reserves the right to approve or reject applications at its sole discretion.
Affiliates may not use misleading, fraudulent, or abusive methods to obtain referrals. Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.
The Company may remove or suspend affiliates at any time for any reason, including policy violations.
2. Commission Structure
The standard commission rate is 40%, unless otherwise stated on a specific product page or in a written agreement with the Affiliate.
Commission rates may vary by product, promotional campaign, or individually negotiated terms.
3. How Commissions Are Earned
You earn commissions when a referred customer:
- 1. Uses your unique referral link to make a qualifying purchase
- 2. Keeps that purchase past the refund window
Purchases refunded, disputed, canceled, or charged back do not qualify for commissions.
Commissions are tracked automatically using cookies and referral links. The Company is not responsible for lost tracking due to browser settings, ad blockers, device switching, or link misplacement.
4. Refund Window & Approval Timing
Commissions are marked as earned only after the applicable refund period has fully expired.
The standard refund period is 30 days, unless otherwise stated. Pre-sale refunds may be requested only before product delivery; once delivered, sales are final.
Refunded purchases void the associated commission.
5. Payout Schedule
Earned commissions are typically paid during the second week of each month.
Minimum payout thresholds may apply. Affiliates must maintain accurate payment information; the Company is not liable for failed payments due to incorrect details.
6. Restrictions on Promotion
Affiliates may NOT:
- — Use spam or unsolicited emails
- — Run paid ads targeting brand or product names
- — Create fake discounts or misleading claims
- — Misrepresent products or Company affiliation
- — Impersonate the Company
Violation of these rules may result in immediate removal from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
7. License to Use Creative Assets
The Company may provide promotional graphics and materials. Affiliates receive a limited, revocable license to use these assets solely for Program participation. Logo modification is prohibited without permission.
8. Independent Contractor Relationship
Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees. This Agreement does not create a partnership or agency relationship. Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying applicable taxes on commissions.
9. Termination
The Company may terminate or modify the Program, commission rates, or this Agreement at any time.
Earned-but-unpaid commissions will be paid according to the terms above, provided no violations occurred. Affiliates may withdraw by ceasing promotion and notifying the Company.
10. Limitation of Liability
We make no guarantees regarding income or results. We are not liable for lost commissions due to tracking errors, losses from promotional activities, or technical issues.
Participation is at your own risk.
11. Changes to This Agreement
The Company may update these terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
