Wispr Flow
AI-powered voice dictation that writes the way you speak. Dictate naturally into any app, and Flow translates it into polished text.
AI-powered voice dictation is the most important thing for anybody to have in 2026 and beyond. You should not be typing anymore. I don’t understand the pushback. You need to become a better communicator because this is the way to handle business now. I’m recording voice memos, recording with Wispr Flow, whatever. It’s just as good if not better because you’re giving way more context and it won’t mess things up nearly as much.
Wispr Flow is what I use, and I pay for it. I’ve made videos about it. But I’m way more in love with the concept of AI-powered voice dictation than I am with any specific tool. Wispr Flow just happens to be one of the most marketed ones, and it works great. I’m not going to shop around or switch to some open source thing to save a dollar.
The newer feature I’ve been using a lot is the note taker. You can turn it on at any point, and it records what’s coming out of your computer and what’s going into your mic, then separates the speakers, so there’s no bot joining the call. It cleans up the transcript and has AI built in for the notes, kind of like a meeting note taker. Everything syncs to your Wispr Flow account, so if I record something on my laptop I can pull it up on my main machine later. Pretty nifty. I haven’t hooked it into my AIOS yet, but it’s pretty much in line with something I wanted to build myself. And even just as a quick way to take notes on a meeting, it’s great. It saves me from opening Audacity, which works, it’s just way more clunky.
