Growth Systems Program

Your digital infrastructure, built and managed.

You run a real business, but your systems aren't keeping up. Your website doesn't generate leads. Your tools don't talk to each other. You're the connective tissue holding everything together, and it's exhausting. I fix that.

Apply to Work With Me

I take on a limited number of clients at a time.

Who this is for

This program is built for established businesses doing $1M to $5M in annual revenue. You have customers, you have revenue, but your digital systems aren't keeping up with your growth. Your website doesn't generate leads. Your tools don't talk to each other. You're still the connective tissue between every system, vendor, and process in your business.

You've probably hired an agency before and got deliverables that sat on a shelf. You might have a website that was "good enough" three years ago. You know AI and automation could help, but you don't know where to start or who to trust. You don't need a marketing agency or a dev team. You need one person who understands your entire digital operation and builds the systems that make it run.

This is for you if:

  • You run a service-based or founder-led business doing $1M+ in revenue
  • Your website, CRM, email, and tools are disconnected
  • You're doing things manually that should be automated
  • You've been burned by agencies that delivered reports, not results
  • You want one person who owns the whole picture, not five vendors

This is probably not for you if:

  • You're pre-revenue or still validating your business model
  • You need one small task done, not a systems overhaul
  • You're looking for the cheapest option
  • You want someone to execute a detailed spec you've already written
  • You need a full-time employee, not a fractional partner

How to get started

01

The audit ($1,499)

I spend roughly a week digging into your business. I audit your website, tools, lead flow, customer journey, and operations. You get a custom six-month roadmap with monthly milestones and specific deliverables. This plan is yours whether you continue or not. If you move forward with the program, the $1,499 credits toward your first month.

02

The program ($4,997/month)

Six months of phased execution, guided by the roadmap we built together. I build your systems, document everything, and hand you a business that runs on infrastructure instead of improvisation.

What six months looks like

The audit gives us the roadmap. The program executes it. Three phases, each building on the last.

Months 1-2

Build

The audit is done. We already know what's broken and what matters most. Month one starts with action. I build the first high-impact systems and get your core infrastructure live.

  • Website rebuilt or optimized for conversion and lead capture
  • Core automation workflows operational
  • Analytics and tracking in place
  • Documentation started

Weekly calls in month 1, bi-weekly in month 2.

Months 3-4

Connect

The core is live. Now we connect the pieces. Systems that talk to each other, eliminate manual work, and generate leads without you touching anything.

  • Marketing automation: email sequences, nurture flows, review solicitation
  • Lead management: speed-to-lead workflows, qualification, pipeline visibility
  • AI workflows: content generation, customer communication, process automation
  • Integration layer: CRM, website, email, and tools connected and flowing

Bi-weekly calls.

Months 5-6

Optimize

The infrastructure is running. Now we turn on growth levers, refine what's working, and document everything so you own it completely.

  • SEO foundations: site structure, content strategy, local search visibility
  • Content systems: a repeatable process for producing content that drives traffic
  • Performance review: what's working, what to double down on, what to cut
  • Complete documentation: every system, workflow, and automation documented

Bi-weekly or monthly calls.

After month 6

By month 6, your digital infrastructure is built and operational. You have three options.

Graduate

Everything is documented. You or someone on your team maintains it. You call me when you need the next phase.

Ongoing management

I continue managing and optimizing your systems at a reduced monthly rate. Maintenance and optimization, not discovery.

Expand

The foundation works. Now we build the next layer. New markets, new channels, new AI capabilities. The engagement grows with results.

What falls under the program

Websites and web applications

Marketing sites, landing pages, membership platforms, and custom web apps built for speed and conversion.

Marketing automation

Email sequences, SMS workflows, nurture flows, and review generation systems.

Lead capture and CRM

Lead capture across channels, CRM setup, pipeline management, speed-to-lead automation, and call tracking.

AI workflows and automation

Custom AI agents, business process automation, internal tools, and intelligent workflows.

Content systems

Strategy, production workflows, and the infrastructure behind consistent content that drives traffic.

SEO foundations

Site structure, Google Business Profile, local search visibility, and the systems to keep rankings growing.

Business operations

Client communication automation, project workflows, reporting dashboards, and SOPs.

Integrations

Data pipelines, API connections, and the connective tissue between your tools so data flows once and flows correctly.

How I work

One builder, full ownership

You work directly with the person doing the thinking and the building. No layers, no handoffs, no account managers relaying messages.

AI-powered execution

I use AI and modern tooling to move fast. One focused operator with AI can outpace a team stuck in meetings and approvals.

Systems, not deliverables

I don't hand you a website and walk away. I build connected systems that work together. The website feeds the CRM, the CRM triggers the automation, the automation nurtures the lead, the lead becomes a customer.

Documentation is non-negotiable

Everything I build gets documented in two layers: business logic (what it does and why) and implementation (how it's configured). If we stop working together, you can maintain everything I built. No vendor lock-in.

Results over activity

I don't bill hours. I deliver working infrastructure. You're paying for outcomes, not time.

Real work

What this looks like in practice.

Home Services

Landscaping company outgrew its website. I rebuilt the entire system.

Their three-year-old WordPress site was bloated, slow, and made it nearly impossible to launch new pages for seasonal campaigns. I migrated them to a modern architecture, eliminated every frontend plugin, and built a system where new landing pages go live in hours instead of days. I still manage their digital systems and we're continuously improving the platform as their business grows.

Civil Engineering

Engineering firm needed a website that actually generates leads, not just looks good.

They had an outdated site that wasn't capturing the right information from prospects. I took the time to understand their services, their sales process, and what was getting lost. I redesigned the site to collect the details they need upfront so they can get proposals out faster. Visitor traffic increased and their intake process went from manual follow-ups to structured submissions. I still manage their systems and we continue to refine the site as their business evolves.

HVAC & Mechanical Services

Operations manager was wasting hours searching five vendor sites for parts. I built one tool to replace all of them.

A regional HVAC company had an operations manager manually cross-referencing part numbers and pricing across five different vendor catalogs every week. Their legacy inventory system was unusable. I built a custom vendor cross-reference tool that unified all five catalogs into a single searchable interface. I still maintain and improve the tool as their needs change.

What clients are saying

From the people I've built for.

Exactly what I needed.

Mark and I have known each other for a while, so when my firm was going through a rebrand, new name, new partner, new domain, new everything, he was the person I called. He understood what we needed the website to do, and he was flexible with the timeline while we got the partnership side of things finalized. When that all came together, we were able to launch right on schedule. What we had before was a website built with GoDaddy's website builder that did not represent our firm at all. What we have now actually looks like the kind of firm we want to be. He has been a steady presence since launch, managing the site, pushing updates, and giving me his honest read whenever I ask him about next steps. That's exactly what I need.

My business felt more put together overnight.

I hit Mark up a few years ago because I needed a better website and I did not really know where to start. I am not a tech guy. What I got was somebody who actually figured out what I needed before I did. He rebuilt the site, got us on real email through Google Workspace, set us up on Calendly, and cleaned up the domain mess I had going on across a couple of different places. That stuff alone made my business feel more put together overnight. Since then he has just kept helping. When we started moving more into hardscaping and design+build work, he rebuilt the site again so we could add landing pages and campaigns faster. He has thrown good ideas at me for years, some we have done, some are still on the list. If you are a small business owner looking for someone who actually thinks about your business and not just the thing you hired him for, talk to Mark.

Two weeks from the first call, it was live.

I came to Mark thinking I needed a new website. That's what I asked for. What I ended up getting was somebody who actually took the time to learn my business and came back with ideas I hadn't thought of. Not just for the site, but for how my whole digital presence could work harder for me. And we actually built those ideas into the final product. The site itself is miles better than what I had. It's clean, it loads fast, it actually represents all three of my businesses instead of just one. But the real value was that I didn't have to micromanage the process. He asked good questions, had something to show me within a few days, and we went back and forth on it from there. Two weeks from the first call, it was live. If you're a small business owner trying to get your online presence sorted out and you're sick of getting quoted three-month timelines for basic stuff, call Mark. You won't regret it.

Mark was amazing and very patient with us. He took the time to really understand our company's services, how we came to be established in the civil engineering and surveying fields and what we were trying to accomplish with our website redesign. His suggestions were spot on and took into consideration things we didn't necessarily consider as insiders working in our field everyday - the little things that get overlooked but make a big difference. We are now able to get most, if not all of the information we need up front so we can get proposals out quickly. Mark's expertise in his field, as well as his view as the outsider looking in, has helped us tremendously. We've already had up uptick in visitors to our site and plan to move forward with even more website improvements in the future.

My experience working with FindIT Tech has been very positive. Mark has helped me from the very beginning of the creation of my company to help me set a clear path and goals to help my company succeed. The first thing we did was meet up to talk about the basic things I needed to start my company. We talked about things from what font I wanted to use for all my documents to what message I wanted to send as a company. From there we worked together by sharing documents such as my mission statement to put onto my website and social media. Mark was there for me every step of the way answering any question I had and making sure we were getting everything done to get my website up and running. When I first saw my website, it was everything I wanted and more. I felt so professional, even as a very small company. I would definitely recommend FindIT Tech to all who are starting their own company, who need a website, or anyone who wants to improve their social media presence. Mark is very educated and was always there to help me with whatever I needed. Even after the website was ‘done’ he still had suggestions on how to improve my website and help it be more convenient for me and my clients. I was very satisfied, and continue to be satisfied, at all the work FindIT Tech has put into me and my company. Thank you Mark!

We started our technical support and education business in 2019 and needed guidance on how to construct our online presence. We have known Mark at FindIT Tech for a long time and we were confident he could get the job done. Prior to starting the project, Mark consulted with us to make sure he understood our specific needs. He took care of all the backend work like getting us set up on FindIT Tech's cloud hosting platform, so we could focus on pulling together content for our website. Mark also set up the WordPress site so we could easily add new content without a steep learning curve. Overall, we couldn't be happier with how our site for Tech Neighbor turned out!

We had been using our Facebook page to spread awareness of our non-profit organization. Then, we met Mark and found out he owned a web design company. We had a few meetings with Mark to give him the details of our mission at cardiacAWARE and he was able to recommend an appropriate solution. We worked together with FindIT Tech to build a simple and beautiful site that shows visitors exactly what we're about. Mark also made sure that the site was able to easily expand as our organization does. We were very pleased with the process and are thrilled to finally have our own website!

Used FindIT Tech for a web page I wanted to have made. It was for my company, Interiorz Cleaning and Mark was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Extremely interactive, and tells you right away what will/won’t look good on the website. He works with any design you need, any color way you want, and edits it just about any way you’d like. A real professional , and id recommend FindIT Tech to any new business that is in need of a website, or an established business already looking to create a website.

Common questions

What if I don't need all of this?

The program is built around what your business actually needs. The phases are a framework, not a rigid checklist. If your website is already solid and the real problem is automation, we start there. The audit tells us where to focus.

What if it doesn't work?

If the audit doesn't give you a clear, actionable path forward, I'll refund the full $1,499. If you don't see meaningful progress in the first 60 days of the program, I'll refund your most recent month. I'm betting on my own work.

Why is it six months?

Because real systems take time to build, test, and optimize. Anyone promising to transform your digital infrastructure in 30 days is either cutting corners or selling you a template. Six months gives us time to build it right, measure what works, and adjust.

How many hours do I get per month?

I don't bill hours, and the program isn't structured around time. Some months are heavier because we're in a build phase. Some months are lighter because the systems are running and don't need touching. You're paying for working infrastructure and results, not a block of hours. I use AI and modern tooling to move fast. If I can solve your problem in a fraction of the time it would take a traditional agency, that's better for both of us.

What outcomes can I expect?

The specific outcomes come from the audit. I'm not going to promise you a number before I've looked at your business. But by the end of six months, you'll typically have a website that actually captures leads, automation that handles follow-up without you touching it, tools and systems that talk to each other, and complete documentation on everything. The audit defines the targets, and we track progress against them together.

Can I cancel early?

Yes. There's no long-term contract locking you in. But the program is designed as a six-month engagement for a reason. If you leave at month two, you'll have a foundation but not the full system.

Do I need to be technical?

No. That's the whole point. You run your business. I build and manage the systems. Everything gets documented so you or your team can understand it, but you don't need to know how any of it works under the hood.

What happens after month 6?

You graduate and maintain it yourself, continue with ongoing management at a reduced rate, or expand into the next phase. Your choice. Everything is documented either way.
