Work With Me
You know that I can help. Let me do some work for you.
You've watched the videos. You know how I think and what I build. If you run a business and you're trying to figure out where AI, automation, and modern systems actually fit, I can help. Tell me about your business and we'll go from there.
A few of the businesses I've built for
I came to Mark thinking I needed a new website. That's what I asked for. What I ended up getting was somebody who actually took the time to learn my business and came back with ideas I hadn't thought of.

What I do
I make your digital operation actually work.
Most businesses I talk to are running on a stack of disconnected tools, half-finished projects, and manual work that someone has been meaning to fix for two years. The website doesn't generate leads. The CRM is a graveyard. AI is a buzzword nobody's actually applied. And the owner is the connective tissue holding it all together.
That's where I come in. I figure out what's actually broken, what to build, what to kill, and what to automate. Then I do it.
Websites that actually generate leads
Fast, modern sites built to convert. Lead capture, content systems, and the infrastructure to support real marketing.
AI workflows and automation
Custom agents, automated pipelines, and AI workflows that take real work off your team's plate, not toy demos.
Systems and integrations
Connecting your tools so they actually talk. CRM, email, scheduling, payments, data — whatever stack you're on.
Strategy when you need it
Honest input on what to build, what to skip, and where AI actually moves the needle in your business.
Recent work
What it looks like in practice.
Huemor: a named diagnosis, a leaner stack, and AI at the center
A digital agency with a large portfolio of client sites knew their development process was costing them money. They could not say why. Ninety days later they had a named diagnosis, a leaner tooling stack, and AI at the center of how they build.
Since 2024 · 3 projects Sheffler & Company: from a Wix page to running their proposals
A 50-year-old engineering and surveying firm hired me for a website. Two years later I am inside the operation, and the process that used to run on a spreadsheet and a whiteboard now runs on software I built for them.
Since 2022 · 3 projects The Bus Stops Here Foundation: four years, three websites, and talking them out of one I built
I moved Jerome Bettis's foundation off a platform it was stuck on, built its golf tournament a site of its own, ran both for four years, and then told them the tournament site should stop existing.
Since 2022 · 3 projects Valiant 3: four years, and the agency became a different company
I inherited their website in 2022 and ran it while the business quietly turned into a sports agency. By 2026 the site was describing a company that no longer existed, so we rebuilt it around the one that does.
What I got was somebody who actually figured out what I needed before I did.

Why me
You get one person. The whole way through.
Direct access
You work with me. Not a junior, not an account manager, not a team you've never met. The person doing the thinking is the same person doing the building.
Speed
I use AI and modern tooling aggressively. One focused operator with the right tools moves faster than a team stuck in standups and approvals.
No bullshit
I'll tell you what I actually think. If something won't work, I'll say so. If there's a simpler path, I'll show you. If we're not a fit, I'll tell you that too.
You own everything
Code, accounts, documentation, processes. When we're done, you have it all. Nothing held hostage, nothing locked behind my login.
Already know we should talk?
Skip the rest of the page and tell me about your business. I'll take it from there.
How this works
Here's exactly what happens next.
No mystery, no hard sell, no five-step waterfall to a $30k retainer. This is how I actually work with people, in order.
- 01
Tell me about your business
Fill out the form. The more specific you are, the better I can prepare. It takes about 5 minutes.
- 02
I read every form personally
If it looks like we're a fit, I'll reply within a couple business days with a link to book a 20-minute call. If it's not a fit, I'll tell you that too.
- 03
A focused 20-minute call
Tight by design. We dig into the real problem, your constraints, and where the obvious leverage might be. No lengthy pitches, no free scoping sessions. It's me figuring out if I can help you, and you figuring out if you want me to.
- 04
If we're a fit, the next step is a paid audit
Starting at $1,500. I do real research on your business, then interview the hell out of you to understand how it actually runs. You get a full written diagnostic with prioritized recommendations and the things I'd actually do if it were my business.
I'm putting the price here on purpose. I don't want you to find out about it on a call. If a $1,500 starting point to figure out exactly what to do is more than the problem is worth solving, we shouldn't be on the phone in the first place.
- 05
Then we do the work
Quick wins, longer projects, ongoing support, or all three. The audit tells us what's worth doing. From there it's just execution, scoped from what we already know.
The boring-but-important stuff
How projects are actually delivered.
Projects are scoped and delivered through Motive11, my services company. You still work directly with me. Motive11 handles the contracts, invoicing, and project management so everything stays clean and professional.
Pricing
Every engagement starts with the audit, starting at $1,500. Once the audit is complete, you get a fixed price for whatever we scope next. No speculative quotes, no free estimates, no surprise invoices.
Timeline
Most projects take 2 to 8 weeks depending on complexity. I'll give you realistic timelines, not optimistic ones.
The receipts
What people I've worked with say.
A brand that finally matches the services we provide now
Mark has managed our website for years, so when we came to him about a refresh we also told him we were pivoting. He dug into the business to re-understand it - who the site was for now, how we're making money, the kind of clients we're going after.
When we started working with him we were a social media agency, and that isn't who we are anymore. We weren't sure the blog was doing anything for us and he confirmed it: generic content wasn't going to move us, and what we should double down on was proof - the events we've actually run and the work we actually do - because our own site is what Google and AI read when someone goes looking for us.
The turnaround was quick, the revision process was easy, and we ended up with a beautiful, much faster site with the visuals we wanted and a brand that finally matches the services we provide now.![]()

One site as the hub of the foundation instead of two
We came to Mark about the Blue and Gold Classic, our annual golf outing, which had its own separate website. The event had matured to the point where it didn't need one - it sells out on recurring sponsors now - and running two sites was just confusing. He agreed we should shut it down, and said the right move was to fold it into the foundation's site rather than let all of it disappear.
That turned into the bigger project, because our own site was on an old tech stack and had gone a few years without a refresh. Mark has looked after that site for a long time, so he knew what was worth carrying over. He kept the domain and pointed every old link at the new event page so nothing we'd built up got lost.
The whole process was easy, and now we have one site as the hub of the foundation instead of two - all the information in one place, better visuals, and much faster. It's exactly what we wanted.![]()

Exactly what I needed.
Mark and I have known each other for a while, so when my firm was going through a rebrand, new name, new partner, new domain, new everything, he was the person I called. He understood what we needed the website to do, and he was flexible with the timeline while we got the partnership side of things finalized. When that all came together, we were able to launch right on schedule.
What we had before was a website built with GoDaddy's website builder that did not represent our firm at all. What we have now actually looks like the kind of firm we want to be. He has been a steady presence since launch, managing the site, pushing updates, and giving me his honest read whenever I ask him about next steps. That's exactly what I need.![]()

My business felt more put together overnight.
I hit Mark up a few years ago because I needed a better website and I did not really know where to start. I am not a tech guy. What I got was somebody who actually figured out what I needed before I did. He rebuilt the site, got us on real email through Google Workspace, set us up on Calendly, and cleaned up the domain mess I had going on across a couple of different places. That stuff alone made my business feel more put together overnight.
Since then he has just kept helping. When we started moving more into hardscaping and design+build work, he rebuilt the site again so we could add landing pages and campaigns faster. He has thrown good ideas at me for years, some we have done, some are still on the list. If you are a small business owner looking for someone who actually thinks about your business and not just the thing you hired him for, talk to Mark.![]()

Two weeks from the first call, it was live.
I came to Mark thinking I needed a new website. That's what I asked for. What I ended up getting was somebody who actually took the time to learn my business and came back with ideas I hadn't thought of. Not just for the site, but for how my whole digital presence could work harder for me. And we actually built those ideas into the final product.
The site itself is miles better than what I had. It's clean, it loads fast, it actually represents all three of my businesses instead of just one. But the real value was that I didn't have to micromanage the process. He asked good questions, had something to show me within a few days, and we went back and forth on it from there. Two weeks from the first call, it was live. If you're a small business owner trying to get your online presence sorted out and you're sick of getting quoted three-month timelines for basic stuff, call Mark. You won't regret it.![]()

He caught the things we overlooked as insiders
Mark was amazing and very patient with us. He took the time to really understand our company's services, how we came to be established in the civil engineering and surveying fields and what we were trying to accomplish with our website redesign. His suggestions were spot on and took into consideration things we didn't necessarily consider as insiders working in our field everyday - the little things that get overlooked but make a big difference. We are now able to get most, if not all of the information we need up front so we can get proposals out quickly. Mark's expertise in his field, as well as his view as the outsider looking in, has helped us tremendously. We've already had up uptick in visitors to our site and plan to move forward with even more website improvements in the future.

He took care of all the backend work
We started our technical support and education business in 2019 and needed guidance on how to construct our online presence. We have known Mark at FindIT Tech for a long time and we were confident he could get the job done. Prior to starting the project, Mark consulted with us to make sure he understood our specific needs. He took care of all the backend work like getting us set up on FindIT Tech's cloud hosting platform, so we could focus on pulling together content for our website. Mark also set up the WordPress site so we could easily add new content without a steep learning curve. Overall, we couldn't be happier with how our site for Tech Neighbor turned out!

From a Facebook page to a site of our own
We had been using our Facebook page to spread awareness of our non-profit organization. Then, we met Mark and found out he owned a web design company. We had a few meetings with Mark to give him the details of our mission at cardiacAWARE and he was able to recommend an appropriate solution. We worked together with FindIT Tech to build a simple and beautiful site that shows visitors exactly what we're about. Mark also made sure that the site was able to easily expand as our organization does. We were very pleased with the process and are thrilled to finally have our own website!

He was there from the very beginning of my company
My experience working with FindIT Tech has been very positive. Mark has helped me from the very beginning of the creation of my company to help me set a clear path and goals to help my company succeed. The first thing we did was meet up to talk about the basic things I needed to start my company. We talked about things from what font I wanted to use for all my documents to what message I wanted to send as a company. From there we worked together by sharing documents such as my mission statement to put onto my website and social media. Mark was there for me every step of the way answering any question I had and making sure we were getting everything done to get my website up and running. When I first saw my website, it was everything I wanted and more. I felt so professional, even as a very small company. I would definitely recommend FindIT Tech to all who are starting their own company, who need a website, or anyone who wants to improve their social media presence. Mark is very educated and was always there to help me with whatever I needed. Even after the website was ‘done’ he still had suggestions on how to improve my website and help it be more convenient for me and my clients. I was very satisfied, and continue to be satisfied, at all the work FindIT Tech has put into me and my company. Thank you Mark!

He tells you right away what will and will not work
Used FindIT Tech for a web page I wanted to have made. It was for my company, Interiorz Cleaning and Mark was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Extremely interactive, and tells you right away what will/won’t look good on the website. He works with any design you need, any color way you want, and edits it just about any way you’d like. A real professional , and id recommend FindIT Tech to any new business that is in need of a website, or an established business already looking to create a website.
